I want to talk about experience in this section. If what we call experience is doing a job a thousand times, yes, we are experienced. But if we call experience continuous learning, which it is, we are still learning. We have to be constantly striving for research and learning and we can't say that we are the best under any circumstances. Because we know that in the future, we will always be better than what we are now. No one will learn ‘enough’ and the following generation will derive new things from what we have learned, maybe they will even learn from our mistakes. The problem here is not knowing everything, such a thing is not possible. The most important point is to be able to actualize the innovations expected from the following generation right now with the information we get from the older generations. Our desire and goal are in this direction and, we always continue to learn.
